Kirk's Castile Soap - The best bath soap period. Suds nicely and rinses off completely leaving you "squeaky" clean (no filmy residue). Buy a bar next time you visit a Cracker Barrel restaurant. In July 2012, started seeing Kirk's sold at Wal-Mart (should have bought stock!).

ClearPlay - A DVD player that filters out Hollywood smut. Heralded by family advocates and decried by so-called free speech advocates, this DVD player will mute unsavory words and skip unwholesome scenes. A perfect companion to your Netflix DVD subscription (see blow). A free 1-month membership will get you movie filters for all movies up to the current date (so, this 1-month membership may be all you need if you only watch older movies).
Netflix - An online and mail-based DVD subscription service (in case you didn't already know). You decide what to watch and when to watch it. Currently Netflix is our exclusive source of video entertainment -- we don't have cable, satellite, or even local free channels (yes, we're Amish in this area but you'd be surprised at the time you get back to spend on things like family, reading, and work around the house). See also ClearPlay above, a great companion to Netflix for anyone that wants to enjoy a "good" movie (stripped of its Hollywood smut).
