1. All accounts are billed on an annual basis at the time of expiration. Your account will be automatically renewed and the credit card on file will be charged again. If you do not wish for your domain to be renewed you must cancel your account before your renewal date.

2. There is a one-time $75 account setup fee for each domain name you sign-up. If you register a new domain when you signup, this fee includes your domain name registration.

3. All setup fees are non-refundable.

4. All transactions are recorded with your IP address/date/time. If you plan on using a fraudulent credit card, expect to be prosecuted.

5. I don't allow mp3 download or software download sites. And I expressly prohibit the use of this hosting service to house pornographic material. If your web plans include such content, you should shop elsewhere. If you violate this term of service your site will be deleted with no warning and no refund will be given.

6. For no additional cost, I will create a 5-page web site for you using FrontPage. You just tell me what you want on each page and I'll setup everything and even maintain it for six months.

7. Free Domain Name Registration (new Domains only)

It's true! I'll cover your domain name renewal fees as long as you're my customer. You're probably saying, What's the Catch? Well, there's really not one ...

But just to clarify ...

• As I've said, this offer is good as long as you're my customer. That is, as long as you host your site with my web hosting service.
  
  
• The domain must not be registered anywhere -- it MUST be a new domain registration. There's no fee to transfer a domain you already own, but you'll have to keep up your payments with your existing registrar. So again, NEW DOMAINS ONLY for this offer.
  
  
• I can only register your domain as a .com, .net, or .org domain.
  
  
• You don't have to pay the standard $35/year renewal fee for your domain name.
